Appointment Policies
Payments
- Appointments can only be made by phone call or text message. We do not make appointments via email or FB messenger.
- We require a 48 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. You must call to cancel your appointment.
- You will be charged an $85 fee for a no-show if an appointment is not cancelled by phone 48 hours in advance.
- If you agree to a service or repair and give us permission to order the parts for it, you must keep the appointment or pay for the ordered parts.
Payments
- Payment is expected with in 15 days of the date on your invoice or you will be subject to a 10% weekly finance charge.
- Payments can be made with cash, check or credit card.
- When sending in checks for payment please include your invoice number.
- We accept credit card in the shop only.
